These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and m1cuci governing your use of the platform. Please read them carefully before registering or using any m1cuci service.

2.1 These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform (collectively, the "Agreement"), constitute the entire agreement between you and m1cuci governing your use of the Platform.
2.2 By clicking "Register," "Create Account," or by continuing to use the Platform after these Terms have been updated, you represent that:
2.3 If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
3.1 Age Restriction. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any m1cuci service. m1cuci strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by minors. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where age requirements are not satisfied.
3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the Platform. Multiple registrations by the same individual, whether using the same or different personal details, are prohibited. m1cuci reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts and to retain any Balance in those Accounts where fraud or abuse is identified.
3.3 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. You must not use a false name, impersonate another person, or provide any information that is misleading or fraudulent. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate Account closure.
3.4 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must notify m1cuci immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. m1cuci will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.5 Restricted Jurisdictions. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law do so at their own risk and in potential violation of those laws. m1cuci does not represent that the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside the licensing framework under which it operates.
4.1 m1cuci is required under its licensing obligations to verify the identity of Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. This process, known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, may also be triggered at account registration or at any point during the Player's relationship with m1cuci if deemed necessary.
4.2 Documents typically requested during KYC include, but are not limited to:
4.3 Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. m1cuci aims to process KYC submissions within 24 to 48 business hours of receiving all required documents. m1cuci reserves the right to request additional documentation where standard submissions are insufficient.
4.4 If a Player declines to complete KYC verification, or if submitted documents cannot be verified, m1cuci reserves the right to suspend the Account and to return deposited funds (net of any withdrawal already made) to the Player's original deposit method, minus any Bonus Funds awarded.
Deposits to your m1cuci Account may be made via the payment methods displayed on the Platform at the time of deposit, which include but are not limited to Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the deposit interface. m1cuci does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
Deposits are for gaming purposes only. m1cuci does not operate as a financial institution and your Account Balance does not accrue interest. Funds deposited are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframes displayed on the Platform at the time of request. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. m1cuci reserves the right to apply a minimum withdrawal amount.
m1cuci reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.
An Account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. m1cuci reserves the right to apply an administration fee to dormant Accounts, provided that Players are notified by email prior to any fee being applied. Accounts will not be reduced below a zero balance as a result of dormancy fees.
6.1 m1cuci offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and sports cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time the offer is made.
6.2 Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply at m1cuci:
6.3 Bonus abuse — defined as the exploitation of promotional offers through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or systematic withdrawal of bonus funds without genuine gaming intent — is a prohibited activity under these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and potential Account closure.
7.1 Sportsbook. All sportsbook bets placed at m1cuci are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, as published on the Platform. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. A bet is only accepted when a confirmation reference is issued by the Platform. m1cuci reserves the right to void bets where odds are published in error or where system errors occur.
7.2 Casino and Live Casino. All casino games, including live dealer games, are provided by third-party certified game studios. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (for electronic games) or physical dealing procedures (for live casino). m1cuci does not control or influence individual game outcomes. RTP figures for all games are published by the respective providers and are subject to independent certification.
7.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game or bet, m1cuci will use its reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly based on available system records. Where records are insufficient to determine an outcome, bets affected by the malfunction may be voided and stakes returned.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the m1cuci Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances where applicable, and potential legal action:
9.1 All content on the m1cuci Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data — is the intellectual property of m1cuci or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
9.2 You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from m1cuci. Unauthorised use of m1cuci intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, m1cuci's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.1 m1cuci is committed to responsible gaming and provides Players with tools to manage their gambling activity. These tools are available within your Account settings and include:
11.2 Requests for cooling-off periods or self-exclusion will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt. Once a self-exclusion is in place, m1cuci will use all reasonable technical measures to prevent re-registration. Any Account registered in breach of an active self-exclusion will be closed and funds returned.
11.3 m1cuci complies with international gaming authority responsible gaming standards. If you believe your gambling is becoming harmful, we encourage you to use the tools described above and to seek support from qualified responsible gaming resources.
11.4 Age Verification and Protection of Minors. m1cuci is committed to preventing underage gambling. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately closed. Any winnings generated by an underage Player will be forfeited. All deposited funds by an underage Player will be returned to the deposit source minus any Bonus Funds.
12.1 m1cuci reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
12.2 Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, m1cuci will use reasonable efforts to communicate the reason for suspension and the steps required to resolve it. Where termination is final and no fraud or breach is established, any legitimate Balance will be returned to the Player.
12.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting m1cuci support. Any remaining real-money Balance will be refunded to your verified withdrawal method subject to identity verification.
13.1 In the event of a dispute relating to a specific game round, bet settlement, or transaction, you should contact m1cuci support in the first instance via the Platform's live chat or ticket system, providing full details of the disputed event including the date, time, game reference, and amount involved.
13.2 m1cuci will acknowledge dispute submissions within 24 hours and aims to provide a substantive response within 5 business days. Complex matters involving third-party studio records may require additional time.
13.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through internal channels, you may escalate the matter to the relevant adjudication body under m1cuci's operating licence. The decision of the adjudication body shall be final and binding on both parties.
13.4 These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Malaysian or international law.
14.1 m1cuci reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, m1cuci will provide at least 14 days' notice via email to your registered address and/or by prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before they take effect.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under m1cuci's operating licence jurisdiction. To the extent that local consumer protection laws in Malaysia confer additional rights that cannot be excluded, those rights are preserved.
15.2 Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that are not resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or adjudication bodies specified under m1cuci's licensing framework.
